This is evident fact that women in few weeks of their pregnancy eats up a lot of sugar based foods. This may include pastries, chocolate, table or corn syrup or carbonated soda or drinks craving. This should be avoided as far as one can as it could later prove dangerous not only for little unborn baby but also foe woman herself.
- If you have carving for some food and that is not good for your health then I suggest you, to substitute your food with some other healthy food.
- Replace white bread with whole grain bread.
- Seafood is a good source of vitamins, nutrients and proteins. Take them as they are good for pregnant women.
